We sell a huge line of parts. While many of our parts are not listed online, you can call us at 1-800-835-2832 and we will help you find the right part you are looking for.
Payment Information
- Payment Options
Payment options include: Cash, Check, Credit Card/Debit Card,
and Money Order
- Debit Cards/Pre-Paid Credit Cards
All debit (check) card or prepaid credit card transactions are pre-authorized. This means your bank is holding the funds for your purchase in reserve, however we have NOT yet collected the funds. This hold period varies based on your bank’s policies. We cannot reverse this pre-authorization so if you are not certain you want to complete your transaction with us, terminate your order or use a credit card to complete your purchase.
- Credit Cards
Your credit card is charged at the time the item(s) are shipped.
However, if your order includes item(s) shipped directly from the
manufacturer, your card will be charged when the order is processed.
- Check/Money Order
Once your check or money order is received, your order will be
processed on the same day (unless received after 4 p.m.) in which case
it will be processed the next business day.
- Taxes
If you are a Kansas or Washington State customer, all applicable items/charges will be taxed unless you can
provide the proper exemption certificate.
Products & Pricing
- Product Pictures
There may be some variations between product and picture online. This can be due to a change in manufacturing process, a newer product, etc.
- Pricing Discrepancies
Prices and shown in our printed catalog are subject to change
without notice. We carefully check pricing and product
specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we
reserve the right to change both catalog prices & online website prices without notice. Some variations
between picture and product may occur. Some items may be non-stock
products and may be shipped direct from the manufacturer.
International Orders
- Ordering/Shipping Outside the United States
We do accept International Orders. On ALL International orders, actual freight charges will be charged to the customer (freight charges are not the same as they are listed on the "Standard Shipping Costs" Table).
- Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX in the United States and Canada. Other places around the world we typically require a Wire Transfer. Some exceptions may be made.
Product Returns
- How to Return an Item...
You may call 1-800-835-2832 and speak to a Customer Service
Representative, and they will assist you in your return. Returns must be sent back with a "Return Form." The return form is located on the backside of every Packing List. Please look in your order for you Packing List and the Return Form will be on the opposite side.
- Returns for In Store Purchases
Items purchased in our retail store may be returned within 30 days
accompanied with your original dated sales receipt.
- Returns Processing Time
Returns will be processed the day received or if received late in
the day, they will be processed the next business day.
- Return Policy
All shipping charges are to be prepaid and are
non-refundable. A restocking charge of at least 15% or more may apply
to certain items, including those that are opened or special ordered items.
- Items Excluded for Return
Items that cannot be returned include: Casings, Seasonings, Spices,
Cures, Liquid Smoke, unwrapped band saw blades and certain special
order items.
