How to Return an Item... You must call 1-800-835-2832 and speak to a Customer Service
Representative, and they will assist you in your return.
Returns for In Store Purchases
Items purchased in our retail store may be returned within 30 days
accompanied with your original dated sales receipt.
Returns Processing Time
Returns will be processed the day received or if received late in
the day, they will be processed the next business day.
Return Policy
A return authorization number must be issued before any item can be
returned. All shipping charges are to be prepaid and are
non-refundable. A restocking charge of 15% may apply to special
order or non-stock items, unused and in their original packaging.
Items Excluded for Return
Items that cannot be returned include: Casings, Seasonings, Spices,
Cures, Liquid Smoke, unwrapped band saw blades and certain special
order items.
We ship by UPS the
same day you order as long as your items are in stock and you place your order
before 5pm CST!
