track your order, or visit the UPS website if you already know your UPS tracking #'s from your emailed invoice.

We ship all standard orders via UPS Ground. See the image below for Time In Transit from our warehouse location. We ship orders the same day they are placed and received if before 4:30 p.m.(CST)! Tracking #'s will be emailed for all orders when shipped.

Backorders
If items are not currently in stock, they will be placed on backorder and the order will not ship until it can be shipped complete, unless otherwise instructed and if we are instructed to ship a partial order, additional freight charges may apply on the backordered shipment. Commercial Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges will be added to all commercial
orders. Charges are based on weight of order and your zip code you
are shipping to. Some Freight Discounts may be available for large
orders. FREE Shipping on orders over
$500 (excluding items such as sawdust, seasonings,
spices, cures, additives, non-UPS-able items and special orders.

Damaged Shipments
All items that are damaged in shipping must be reported immediately.
Please inspect all shipments and notify the carrier at delivery.
Also, please call us the same day to notify us of the damage.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & International
We will select the best and most cost efficient shipping method for your order, and you will be billed the actual freight costs.
Unloading Merchandise
Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload
shipments.
