Call-in Orders & Mail-in Orders
Please remember that all Call-in and Mail-in orders must meet or exceed a $20 minimum. There is no minimum for Online Orders.

What company do we ship with? 
We ship the most economical way possible for our customers. Usually we ship UPS, unless it is necessary to ship FREIGHT.  We ship orders the same day as placed if received before 5:00pm Central Standard Time. Orders will be shipped in the most appropriate way, according to size and quantity.  Tracking numbers will be emailed on all orders when shipped. 

Shipping Time
We ship both within the contiguous United States as well as all over the world.  Take a look at our UPS map to find the approximate number of days shipping time for orders with in the contiguous United States.

Backorders
If items are not currently in stock, they will be placed on backorder and a partial order of the items in stock will be shipped, unless we have been instructed by purchaser to ship complete. You must specify "ship complete" to avoid back order charges. Once backorder items have been received in to stock, they will be shipped to the customer. If you have questions as to the status of backordered items, simply call us at 1-800-835-2832.

Commercial Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges will be added to all commercial orders. Charges are based on weight of order and your zip code you are shipping to. Some Freight Discounts may be available for large orders.  FREE Shipping on orders over $500 (excluding items such as sawdust, seasonings, spices, cures, additives, non-UPS-able items and special orders. Only good for UPS ground in the 48 contiguous states.)  Please call  1-800-835-2832 or email us for a quote.

Damaged Shipments
All items that are damaged in shipping must be reported immediately. Please inspect all shipments and notify the carrier at delivery. Also, please call us the same day to notify us of the damage.

Unloading Merchandise
Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments.

Shipping Rates for retail order in the CONTINENTAL US only!

Payment by Check or Money Order
When paying by check or money order, your order will be processed the day the check or money order is received.

Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska
We ship to Alaska & Hawaii by USPS if possible.

UPS NEXT DAY or 2nd DAY
Actual UPS charges will be added to your order when selecting Next Day and 2nd Day shipping.
